Our Process
Phase One: Planning
We will discuss your business needs, and define the conversion or goal for your website.
- We will meet in-person, on the phone, or through email to discuss the specific requirements.
- Once we have everything we need we’ll send over an estimate.
- When we’ve agreed on a price we will send a contract and your first invoice. The project begins once we have received a signed contract and deposit.
Phase Two: Design
Next we will create a rough draft of what we envision the homepage to look like. This mock-up will give us a starting point for further changes. You can revise the design up to three times, beyond that the contract must be re-negotiated.
Phase Three: Development
During this phase we will apply all of the content you have provided to us. Any custom features that have been requested will be created during this phase. We will test for bugs, browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Phase Four: Final Feedback
Once the website is ready we will submit it to you for final review. During this phase you can provide us with any changes you would like completed before the site goes live.
Phase Five: Launch
During this phase we launch the site and make it available for customers to see. During this time we will schedule a time to train you on how to make changes to your site.
